Shipping can come with a number of questions which is why our team is standing by at admin@lurepaapparel.com. We are happy to try and help in getting you answers to the questions you have so drop us a line and will try our best to get back to you within 1 business day.
Where do you ship?
We only ship to countries and territories as permitted on our shopping cart check-out page.
Currently they are: Canada and the USA. We are working on adding more countries soon.
While it is difficult to provide accurate shipping estimates right now, we use reputable order fulfillment partners to deliver endeavour to meet the timelines in this policy, on the following terms:
- We ship once products are fully paid.
- Shipping time frames are determined by the shipping method you choose at check out.
- Shipping and delivery times can be impacted by a variety of factors beyond our control, including weather events, supply chain issues, delays within our order fulfillment partners, strikes, labour disruptions, and delays caused by seasonal volumes.
- We encourage you to use your tracking number to follow the status of your order. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- We are not responsible for customs, duty or any other import taxes or fees.
