We've chosen to partner with Lakunakai because we know being at our best is hard and sometimes it feels impossible. Visual reminders are helpful for both parent and child alike.

Lakunakai's Supportive Little Buddies act as a glimmer and bring play into some very scary situations. They help us to learn to laugh, play and better understand what's going on. Plus, if we are honest, sometimes kids need a safe & trusted little buddy to tell all your secrets to; even the ones they don't want you to know like 'am I going to die?' or them having the feelings of being scared. Yes, these are thoughts and emotions we don't ever want them to bear but having been there we know they do and our child told her bear the first time and bunny the second time some pretty big secrets, gave them some pretty big hugs and so happen to have gone through every MRI, CT, surgery, needle, IV flush and more with her too!
